Age-restricted sales

House of Five Stills does not sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18. Customers purchasing alcohol must be 18 or over. The website age confirmation and form checkbox are declarations and do not verify age. For bottle orders and Founding Membership, House of Five Stills confirms availability and completes age verification before sending an invoice or secure payment request. The order or membership is confirmed once payment has been received. Alcohol deliveries are also subject to age verification, and valid proof of age may be required before a parcel is handed over.

Delivery

Standard single-bottle delivery is £5.00 to eligible UK Mainland addresses. Multiple bottles and other destinations are quoted according to quantity and destination. Founding Membership includes UK Mainland delivery of The Founding Measure joining bottle. Members' Cask bottle purchases include complimentary UK Mainland delivery where stated.

Membership

Founding Membership is a one-off £60 payment, limited to 60 memberships. It does not automatically renew and there is no obligation to purchase future bottles or events.

Events

Priority booking is a core member benefit. Preferential member pricing may apply on selected House of Five Stills events, normally around 10% and occasionally up to 15%, but some third-party or collaboration events may be excluded.

Cancellation and returns

Nothing on this website affects statutory consumer rights. Where a statutory cancellation right applies to an online purchase, customers may exercise it within the applicable period. Please contact House of Five Stills promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Returned goods may be required before a refund is completed, subject to applicable law.

Responsible enjoyment

House of Five Stills encourages responsible enjoyment of Scotch whisky. Promotions and member benefits are not designed to encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption.
