The Cognac finish brings a softer, rounded richness to the Linkwood spirit, building on orchard fruit with nuts, caramel and a fuller texture.
Nose
Delicate baked apple and orchard fruits, with toasted almond, hazelnut and a background note of caramel.
Palate
Honey-sweet with an almost oily mouthfeel, followed by orchard fruit, nuttiness and gentle spice and pepper.
Finish
Long, with a sweet caramel finish.
Colour
Pale gold to straw yellow.
